Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Infycore's financial services and products.

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Infycore Payment Private Limited. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any services provided by Infycore Payment Private Limited ("Infycore," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, payment gateway, lending products, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "you," "your," "user," or "merchant") and Infycore. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 Definitions

"Account"
means the user account created by you to access our Services.
"Business Day"
means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in India.
"KYC"
means Know Your Customer documentation and verification required under RBI guidelines.
"Merchant"
means any individual or business entity using our payment services to accept payments.
"RBI"
means the Reserve Bank of India.
"Transaction"
means any financial transaction processed through our Services.

3 Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India or a business registered in India
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be listed on any RBI or government restricted parties list
  • Provide accurate and complete KYC documentation
  • Have a valid bank account in India for settlements

We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4 Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information promptly
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts with incomplete or inaccurate information.

5 Services Overview

Infycore provides the following financial services:

Payment Gateway

Accept online payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and wallets

Business Loans

Unsecured working capital loans for MSMEs

UPI & QR

Unified Payments Interface integration and QR code payments

Payout Links

Instant payouts and bulk payment solutions

6 Fees & Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for our Services. Current fee structure:

Payment Gateway 1.5% - 2.5% per transaction 18%
Business Loans Interest from 9.9% p.a. + processing fee 1-2% 18% on fees
UPI QR Zero MDR for UPI transactions up to ₹2,000 As applicable
Payout Links ₹5 - ₹10 per payout 18%
Account Maintenance ₹199 + GST per quarter 18%

We may modify fees with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7 Payment Terms

7.1 Settlements

Settlements for payment gateway transactions are processed on T+1 or T+2 basis (T being transaction date). Minimum settlement amount is ₹100.

7.2 Settlement Cycle

  • Weekday transactions: Settled within 24-48 hours
  • Weekend transactions: Settled on next Business Day
  • Bank holidays: Settled on next Business Day

7.3 Hold Period

For new merchants, we may apply a hold period of up to 7 days for risk management. This hold period may be reduced based on transaction history.

7.4 Chargebacks

You are liable for all chargebacks, reversals, and disputed transactions. We may deduct chargeback amounts from future settlements.

8 Loan Terms

8.1 Loan Approval

Loan approval is subject to credit assessment, KYC verification, and underwriting guidelines. We reserve the right to reject loan applications without assigning any reason.

8.2 Interest and Repayment

Interest rates range from 9.9% to 24% p.a. based on credit profile. Repayment tenure ranges from 6 to 36 months. Equated Monthly Installments (EMIs) are due on the 5th of each month.

8.3 Prepayment

No prepayment charges apply for loans repaid after 6 months. Loans prepaid within 6 months may incur charges up to 3% of outstanding principal.

8.4 Default

Default in repayment may result in:

  • Late payment charges of 2% per month on overdue amount
  • Reporting to credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian, etc.)
  • Legal recovery proceedings
  • Acceleration of loan (entire amount due immediately)

9 User Obligations

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and RBI regulations
  • Maintain accurate books and records of transactions
  • Provide goods/services as described to customers
  • Refund customers as per your cancellation/return policy
  • Notify us of any business changes (ownership, address, etc.)
  • Cooperate with fraud prevention and risk management reviews
  • Maintain adequate security for your systems

10 Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services for:

Illegal goods or services
Gambling or betting
Cryptocurrency trading
Adult content or services
Money laundering
Terrorist financing
Multi-level marketing (MLM)
Weapons or ammunition

This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to decline transactions for any business we deem high-risk.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and technology provided by Infycore are our exclusive property or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written consent
  • Reverse engineer our software or APIs
  • Use our trademarks without permission
  • Remove copyright notices from our materials

You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.

12 Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Warranties regarding security or reliability
  • Warranties that transactions will be processed without delay

We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your specific business requirements.

13 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for acts of God, government actions, or banking system failures
  • We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account due to your negligence

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Infycore harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
  • Your products or services sold through our platform
  • Disputes with your customers

15 Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding dues must be cleared before termination.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activities
  • High chargeback or risk profile
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Providing false information

15.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access Services ceases. Outstanding settlements will be processed after a hold period of 180 days for risk management.

16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

17 Dispute Resolution

17.1 Internal Grievance Redressal

17.2 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Bengaluru by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.

18 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via:

  • Email to your registered address
  • Notice on our website
  • In-app notifications

Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
